Health Research and Development Information Network (HERDIN) bagged the Philippine Association of Academic and Research Librarians (PAARL) Award for 2007 Outstanding Library Program of the Year. The award was given on PAARLs 35th Annual General Assembly last January 25, 2008 at Jose Rizal University (JRU).
