DILL (Digital Library Learning) is a two-year Master Programme under the European Union's Erasmus Mundus Programme.This programme from Erasmus Mundus have selected Filipino scholars since 2009. Scholars get the chance to study in Estonia, Norway and Italy.

The Medical and Health Librarian's Association of the Philippines is pleased to release Vol 23, Issue 1 of MAHLAP News. It reports the 2010 Congress held last March 3-5, 2010 in Tagaytay including the congress abstracts, president's report, financial report and the inaugural address of the 23rd president of MAHLAP.
